Here are the stats.... (I've added what I paid for the upgrades)

2002 Honda CBR 954RR (10,XXX Miles)

- Black/Silver w/ a 2003 954 RR Black front upper cowl (to look cool, not because I needed it--) ($320)
- New DK smoke double bubble ($80)
- Rizoma LED blinkers ($200)
- 929 short stalk mirrors ($60)
- Goodridge Steel Braided Lines/new pads & fluids, speedbleeders on brake calipers ($150)
- Scotts Damper ($400)
- Power Commander PC-III-USB (Dan Kyle Map) ($260)
- Vista Cruise Throttle Lock ($20)
- Full ARATA Titanium Exhaust ($1500)
- The ARATA exhaust has a new shorty black titanium canister
- New Sunstar Steel front & rear sprokets (+2 on rear, OEM front) ($150)
- New DID gold 530 x-chain ($150)
- HTEV eliminated, Flapper mod & Pair mod completed.... (Free Power!)
- New Plugs this spring....
- Honda 5-year extended warrenty (3 years left....) ($300)
- New Rubber......New Pilot Power Front this spring, Brand New Dunlop Qualifier on the Rear (0 miles, new rubber) ($190)

I'm asking $6,000 and includes around $2500 in upgrades (can't do too much more to this other than general maintence)

The bike does have mild left fairing scratches.... of which never bothered me enough to replace. (The bike still is in awesome shape and looks great)

Is the upper cowl an unpainted replacement, or did you have it painted black?


I take it you bought it 04? ( trying to figure how a 5 year waranty on an '02 has 3 years to go..)

The front end is a brand new front end off the 2003 Red/Black 954.... you simply peal off the red sticker on the front fairing, and the grey off your oem black/silver fairing..... soo.... the answer is its a brand new oem honda painted front end. (just off an '03) I did this not because it needed it, but because I wanted the bike to have a different look.

The bike sat at the dealer for (1) year.... was bought in '03 brand new off the showroom floor. I bought it in '04 with a little of the (1) year warrently left.... then purchased the 5 year extended warrently from a honda dealer.

I wanted to add....

I also picked up a second set of fairings for this bike - Left & Right.... (The original are still on it) These fairings are straight black with only the Honda decal. I had hopes of doing a few track days which never came to be....

O.k..... the bike has been up for sale for 4 weeks now.... its still for sale! I HAVE to sell this motorcycle to build my new house. (I'm thinking that, because of my asking price.... people are thinking something is wrong? Not sure!) Anyway... it is priced this low to sell quickly! It is an awesome condition 954 with $2500.00 worth of mods!

- The bike hasn't been wheelied (alignment & front forks are perfect)
- The bike has never been to the drag strip (clutch is in perfect order)
- I have babied this bike to death (Honda Synthetic 3x's a year, continual chain lube, etc., fresh brake fluid every year)
- The bike still has 3 years left on the HONDA extended warrently


Lets make this interesting..... I am dropping the price to $5750.00

O.k. this is cheap enough to make an excuse for a road trip!!!.... fly to Michigan, and ride the bike back!
