Registration Expiry: 7 April 2007.

History:
First owner bought bike at Peter Stevens in the City on the 7/10/2000.
Bike traded in at Peter Stevens and I bought in on 16/10/2004 with 9,621kms.
I upgraded from a baby blade to this one so it is possible with a lot of self-control and patience.

In the two years I have had the bike, it has had an easy life, with rides mainly to uni and coffee runs with my girlfriend.
I have only been 4 times to the mountains (2 spur and 2 spur + Marysville route).
I’ve been too busy with uni and never managed to ride it.
Until recently I had plans to keep for a while yet, but I need to sell due to new job and the fact it won’t be ridden.

This bike has been fastidiously maintained, lubed and parked in the garage with a bike cover on!
I have not ridden this bike in the rain - didn’t have a chance to.
Log books, User manual (contacted!) and Electronic workshop manual.

Service history:

1,046kms
5,863kms
9,621kms (Oct 204)
15,297kms (28 June 2005)
20,265kms (August 2006)

Tribo Seat cover - designed to stop pillion moving about.

Handgrips recently replaced and they feel oh so nice.

Michelin Pilot POWERS: 80% Rear - 90% Front Tread left
Fitted approximately at 19,000kms. You can still see some of the flashing on tyre….and chicken strips.

‘Oggy Knobs Australia’ fitted with Blue Loctite ~ at 12,000kms.
(I still have original bolts if you want them)

Geelong Composite Carbon Fibre Tank cover (the big one)

http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/441/tankcoverfx2.jpg

BRAND new Termingnoni Carbon Fibre Exhaust fitted at around 19,500 kms.
Sealed with Loctite High Temperature Copper Silicone Gasket Maker - Sensor Safe etc (Thanks Adel)

Only negatives are that I’ve dropped it doing a U-turn, and even that was with my arm stopping the full force of impact.
The RHS lower has a small scratch and is difficult to notice
(see pic). There is no damage to mirror, bar end or lever.

The petrol tank has a small dent (and I mean very hard to pick) and that was a result of a garage accident/mishap.
Disk lock damage on front guard, that has been glued back and is an easy paint fix. (See pic)

The front sticker has a small scratch – that’s the way I bought it and I presume it’s from a stone or something).

Chain and Sprockets are as new, no need to fuss as they look very healthy.
This bike has been over-lubed and looked after.
Front pads have plenty of meat; the rear may need replacing at the next service.

Extras:

I started to buy bodywork and compile a track fairing
(PM for $ - willing to seperate)
(Long term plan was to keep for track): See pic:

http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/5001/img1728ye8.jpg

I bought Adel’s Madaz Stainless steel exhaust and this was just too loud for the folks
and my niece cried from fear when I came home with it for the first time.
Heaps of mid range power and hard to keep front wheel down with this pipe on the bike.
It will fit a 954 (Adel had it on his) or 929.
(PM for $ - willing to seperate)

I still have the original exhaust…I guess I like collecting ****. (Rather sell with bike for RWC etc)

I kept the front tyre for a spare in the event of puncture or whatever.

Redbook Figures 25-11-2006

Trade in price guide* $6,300 - $7,400
National average price - private sale* $8,600 - $10,300
Price when new (RRP) $17,290
Red Book AU : Your site for New and Used vehicle prices

Equivalent Stock bike on bikesales with 21,550kms is selling for $9,350.
Another bike with Pipe with 35,800kms is selling for $8,300.

These bikes are pretty much at the bottom of their depreciation curve,
so the next buyer need not worry about loosing too much $$ in the event they sell it.

I’ll be happy to part with the Bike with the Termingnoni for $8,750ono.

If you want it cheaper, we can swap a pipe over, I’m easy for that.

Bike cover, Disk lock, disk lock reminder and new can of BelRay Lube will be thrown in
if bought with Termi coz it’ll saves me time to sell as is.

RWC will be made once deposit is taken.

I don’t mind helping out in the event of an interstate buyer wanting to buy the bike.

Do not hesitate to ask me any questions about the motorcycle.
