sorry my fault, it fits 00-01 929 and 02-03 954rr
you can obtain a mounting kit to make it fit any bike

"All hardware included" would indicate it has a mounting kit already so I assume his question was, is the mounting kit for the 929 or the 954?

I know the parts number guru's out there will ask which bike its for, but it does fit the 929 and 954 respectively.

yes..bought the damper for the Erion I had, and put it on the 954 and fit perfectly on both. Are you interested in it?

They list them as different part numbers because they make them "bike specific" but they do fit both bikes. As with the GPR...the part numbers are the same for the 929 and 954
