He has made no claim that you would have received them yet.
Why do you need me to explain it to you though when he wrote it here for you to read yourself?

| Re: Beware of scammer!! **chasesdaddy01** State police have called me back and have spoke to this clown...the ball is in his court. Like I said before..we will see who is full of crap. Oh btw you didnt respond to my question about the 6k for plastics...I am currently fixing a 09 gsxr 1000 for a customer on an ins job..and his total bill was 2700 with all new body work from factory with labor and other parts...did you get a plasma 42" with that or do you bullshit about EVERYTHING? Ohlins will make suspensoin for an old fzr if you want it..where are you getting your info? They discontinued them to Parts Unlimited and Tucker Rockey because of low sales...they are in biz to make money and suspension not turn people away...the upper tubes and most of the internals are the same for the 1000rr..onlly the lower blocks need to be made. You need to educate your self. Also running a muffler shop does not constitute you to call them to check on forks..you need an account like I had to set up in order to get what you need. I'm done explaining myself...the next few days will pan out enough info for everyone to make their decision on who is at fault...I've wasted enough time with this subject and this bottomfeeder...I'm going to spend time with my family. |

So what you mean then is that you cancelled the payment simply because you have somehow convinced yourself that they aren't new despite not having seen them yet?

If he didnt have them in stock, and was going to order them from Ohlins, (His words), and i called them, Tel. +1 828 692 4525, and they dont make them at all (discontinued), does that make sense to you? http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/1415/refnum.jpg
Payment sent.
Please post a tracking # bro, quit avoiding the question.

Can we agree that when you ship something, especially a big box, that they usually come with tracking #s?
If yes, then you would also agree that a tracking # should be posted. Otherwise i have every right to cancel the payment. |

It would be very rare for me to receive anything even from the US with a number unless I specifically asked for it. I don't know if tracking numbers are normal practise or not but I wouldn't cancel payment because I didn't have a number.

Ive sent parts overseas, and when you ship over seas, they give you a tracking #. If you used something other than stamps to send the item. |

They DO sent tracking #s. | I bought a 954 engine last year via USPS. Shipping was over US$500 and it was delivered to my door. Actually, the only time I haven't used USPS was for a bunch of 1000RR parts I bought from a member here. He used UPS because he got it cheap through work or something. It cost me heaps though at this end.

The guy I bought US$1600 worth of 1000RR parts used UPS in September '07 - the only time I ever received stuff from somewone other than USPS. I was just checking now to see if I got a tracking number with it.

There is nothing Paypal can do to help you.. They can find in your favour in a dispute but with nothing in the con merchants paypal account there is no way of paying you back.... I know of people who have been caught out like that.. |

| Re: Beware of scammer!! **chasesdaddy01** Can somebody...anybody, please get this guy a tracking number?
He (biggking) should at least know what company was used to ship the item. From there, he can use the estimated date of shipping, the origination zip code (entire address preferably), and the destination address, and the shipping company should be able to find out where the package is.
Every time, "every time" i've either shipped or received something, whether it's United States Postal Service, Fed Ex, or UPS...they always give some kind of long ass code (12-16 digits) that is used for tracking. If you are receiving the package, you should request it from the shipper. Bladeracer, I think maybe this is why you rarely had one, yet I'm not too keen on international shipping, except that tracking numbers still apply, and if you asked, you should have received a number.
The postal service sucks at tracking, the only time it's updated is like two weeks after you have already received the package. The other two companies are awesome at tracking. I've also noticed that the "7-10 business days" always means you will get the package on the 11th business day. |
