| Beware of scammer!! **chasesdaddy01** First off let me tell you my side of the story. If he wants to cry and deny this feel free bro.
I contacted him about ohlins that he could get for my 03 954. Call him back, about $3000, which I paid the same day. (2 months ago). He said he knew a contact at ohlins and that they would custom build em. I found this fishy but he said he got a shipping label from them. So I kept calling him everyweek asking the status on my $3000 ohlins. Nothing, so yesterday I called my cc and canceled the charges. Please beware of this guy. Anything can happen!!
Gracias. |

| Re: Beware of scammer!! **chasesdaddy01** I had some dealings with him about 2 months ago (forks and rotors). Nothing but good things to say . Had a problem with my bike on a road trip and he called me on my cell to try to help me with the part (found the part in my country instead). When I need parts for the bike I will be calling him 1st to get hooked up.

| Re: Beware of scammer!! **chasesdaddy01** I think this guy is crying and stretching the truth...here are the fact as per his order in our shop.
calls me 7/26/09 and asked to order ohlins forks for a 929/954
they are 3500 in our PU catalog...I quoted him 2875.00 shipped(I'm making 25.00) after shipping from philly area to Calif. ASked me to lower the price and help him out..?
Calls back on 8/1/09 and orders forks and pays with a credit card. I call him b ack and tell him I have to get Ohlins to make a set, could take a bit. He was fine with it...Ohlins told me they would drop ship directly to him. After a weeks or so the phone calls from him started..we kept him posted as to where we were in the trans.
Ohlins sent the forks to me instead of him..I called him on 9/8/09 to tell him I have the forks in my possesion and I am going to fit up calipers to double check they are what he ordered and will ship out to him. Forks were shipped 9/9/09 and its 7-10 biz days to his door today is the 19th and only the 8th day???? This guy litterally calls EVERY 5 mins...
So a recap....Its been alittle over a month since he placed the order NOT 2 months...he payed 2875 shipped for a 3500 item not 3000. And now does a CC return on something I paid for and shipped and have lost cash at this point....Wonder what hes gonna do when the forks show up??? Hmmmm.
There are Fireblade members within mins of my shop...I encourage you to stop by and check out the invoice and notes I have for this guy and see whos crying and denying. I totally understand that this is an expensive transaction...but I have done everything for this guy on the otherside of the country and I feel kept him well informed. I try real hard to please everyone I do biz with, but I am not perfect and things dont always go as planned. I donot rip anyone off...EVER. This will be my last sale through this or any other website...I'm going to focus my energy towards our race team. For those of you I have done biz with in the past...THANK YOU. |

Which is it paco? And if your getting scammed why are you offering extra money? Your the 1%er of people that are giving me a good reason to give up this end of my business. You can piss and moan on here all you want...the police were notifed here and given my and your information as well as in sacremento...we will see soon enough who is full of manure. Have fun with the law enforcement....btw I read the few posts you have on this website...why didnt you do a charge back to the guy that sold you bodywork for 6k?...your not too bright are you?
