| Difference between Diablo Tires What is the major difference between the Corsa Set and the Sport Set. I know what the website says, but I'm looking for personal opinions. Also, couldnt find the $199 deal anywhere. Any other recommendations on finding a cheap set? |

| Re: Difference between Diablo Tires The Diablo is a street tire that can be ridden on the track occasionally. They consiedr it a 80%street tire. The Diablo Corsa is the opposite. The main differences are compound and the tread sipes are smaller on the Corsa. The Corsa can be ridden on the street as they warm up like a street tire, not like a race tire. |

| Re: Difference between Diablo Tires I'm with Bob.
BTW, I did my first trackday on a set of Corsa's this past sunday. I was VERY IMPRESSED. The stick well and wear even better. The $200 deal is probably gone, that was for a limited time and they sold out really fast here in Phoenix. I think you can get them for around $260 a set.

| Re: Difference between Diablo Tires Ran the Diablo Corsas for a track day and a half. The tires held up great. This is the only tire I will put on the bike now.
For comparison, my buddy had an 012 on his 600rr and they were cooked. Was having problems with the tires moving around too much. |

| Re: Difference between Diablo Tires Thanks for all the advice. Based on the feedback, I'm thinking that since I plan on hitting a few track days and I like to hit the twisties when Possible, it would be better for me to get the Corsas rather than the sport. I would be THAT much happier if I did so? |

| Re: Difference between Diablo Tires To be honest, 90% of guys riding bikes would have a hard time pushing many sport/tourer tyres past their limits.(one they were warm) Definately wouldn't push most sports tyres past them, for sure. Save the money and get the Diablo's. Unless you're doing times of C and D grade racers on the track, you ain't gonna tell. |

| Re: Difference between Diablo Tires Well, I'm happy to say that I have now joined the elite Diablo Corsa club
I tossed out the OEM Pilots and installed a set of Corsas. Initial reaction was dayyyymmmmmmm. The response and feel it fantastic! And braking is majic!
