| New bike advice Looking at the possibility of buying a new bike. Looking for opinions here as I missed the Honda CRWU demo days in my area.
Most of my riding consists of 3 to 10 hour day trips (250-800km) through straight and twisty roads. I recently did my first track day and look forward to doing maybe 1 to 3 per riding season.
I was looking to get the 1000RR or the 600RR but from the reviews I have read comfort will be an issue (my 954 is as radical as I'd go for ergos cause at the end of an 800km day I need to stop a few times and stretch before I get home as I have long legs)
The bike I'm interested in is the VFR. How is this bike for comfort, power, handling, etc? |

THE bike for what you describe. Not going to be as fun on the track though. |

| Re: New bike advice The newer VFR's are fine on the track but they're not as sharp handling as the Blades. Otherwise the VFR is very comfortable on the road. I can ride all day on mine.
Will you be keeping your 954? |

I don't at all get the ST/LD appeal of the VFR. It was less comfortable to me than the 954 with Helis on it.

Will you be keeping your 954? | I love my 954 and I love having the power of a liter bike for the street, but it would be very intimidating bringing that beast to the track without a lot of experience don't you think? |
