What, you didn't see that coming during/after his trial? I remember reading quite a while ago that some a$$hat was going to go after this very aspect for him.

This whole 'Janklow' incident has been a kick in the ass to the entire motorcycling community.

We, as riders, need to band together and fry this assclown! Certainly there are others already lining up to do just this. This fvcker needs to be made an example of. Anyone with more organizational skills than I have ideas? This is just so much more BS.

Janklow had appointments or appearances over two days around the state and was on his way home when the accident occurred. Boylan concluded that Janklow did not stop at his mother's home in nearby Flandreau minutes before the accident.

Whaddya going to do? He was in jail and liked it. He obviously has no shame or remorse, so how can you hurt him, short of an illegal act of violence?

During the Sturgis rally (whenever that is..), it would be nice if some bikers would picket his house, but I'm sure the SD state police wouldn't allow that for long.

I do. When I drive home from say the airport from a business trip, I get paid for that. This is not uncommon, and like the judge said, it wouldn't matter if I stopped somewhere else on the way home, I'd still get paid.

Not sticking up for Janklow, but it is nothing out of the ordinary.


I actually think this has been handled properly. Janklow was punished. He did his time (which probably would've been less if he wasn't a politician) and he lost his seat in Congress.
