I'm joining Chain...
Well, I've decided to get a 2004 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 Limited Edition.
Was thinking of going over and signing the contract tomorrow and hopefully take delivery this Saturday.

Can I still stick around here? Eventhough I got no FireBlade?

Yup, but the underseat exhaust doesn't appeal to me (neither does the heat), and the Suzie has a better riding position over the 1KRR. And I'm getting it at a great price. I'll save at least $800 over the 1KRR.

Dude get the 1kRR if you can, it's the dog's danglies. I flogged it yesterday again and gee willickers wally, if it didn't blow my nutsack back. It's an incredible machine and Honda quality is worth the $800, no storage, and riding position (that can be remedied with Sato Clips)

There is a Spanking new, 03, just out of crate, red and black 954 sitting on the floor at the dealer near my house. I would get it if I didn't already have one.


If you get a chance do a silhouette of both the suzuki and 954. Could be the same bike. Spooky.

Just curious, what price are you getting on the GSXR1K? I'm buying my CBR1KRR (hopefully tomorrow) for only $8999.

Ghost, that's a nice machine. Great paint job too, though all black would prove too difficult to keep clean for me. I'm sure you'll love the bike and it will serve you well.

I think this is getting out of hand. Soon this site will be just like any other poser/stunna site with all types of variety of bikes. Next thing you know, Conq is going to have a stunna group. What is with the members jumping ship to another manufacturer? I thought the people on this org were die hard Honda fan-addicts? I thought Chain learned his lesson with the Duc. Bad carma happened when he strayed away from Baba-son Handa. Now chain has converted Goastrider to do the same. Shame, shame ,shame. Next thing you know, Conq will be selling all of his Hondas and buy a Harley.

Somehow I don't see that happening. Pretty devoted group of Red Riders here, it's just nice that they're mature enough to let we unwashed hang around.
