Re: New stuff

Y'know, I've always cracked a bit on Hindle for lackluster build quality relative to, say, Akrapovic and the other top shelf pipemakers. I knew they made power and all, but...

In any case, I have to say, it looks like they're doing a really nice job of finishing out their systems. Very pretty.

Where you gonna have the custom map done? (Presumption made that a PCIII is coming along with the system.)

As a matter of fact, I am going to sign up for VIR South with NESBA at the end of this month. I need to get the bikes tuned up as I am planning to race CCS at VIR in September. Are you guys going to be there?

Oh, and Ron Ayers now has a dyno and does custom maps
They said it was $200 which sounds about right. I'll probably just start of with the map from dynojet and go from there.

On first glance, this looks well put together. I decided to save 700 bucks and not buy the akro evo and instead bought a new bicycle

You know it. Dan and I signed right after the June race. Got to have those front row starts! What classes do you plan on running? MWSS, HWSS, MWSB?

I think I will try MWSS and MWSB. The goal is to start AND finish... as this would be my first race... on a new bike...

We'll have to see how Corsas hold up to race conditions as well.

Sweet! Did you get the DOT race tires or the street compound? Dan and I are running the BT002s. They are kicking ass! 2 trackdays and three sprint races, they still look good! I'm sticking with the stones.

I've heard the Corsas are great track day tires and decent race tires, especially if you are just starting out. My SV had SuperCorsas and those things were awesome... We'll see how this works out...
