| Re: Hey Chain... Interesting for you to say that Bacchus. I actually thought that was the best looking Guzzi I've seen in my lifetime. If Dr. John had anything to do with the engine, I'd even consider buying one if it weren't for parts and service availability in my area.
Of course, the mudflap goes and the can is going to be changed as well! But I'd rather have that then a VRod.

| Re: Hey Chain... Oooh, I like Guzzi's, that one included. Matter of fact, I demo'd a V11 Sport three summers back while visting a large Brit and Italian bike shop in Marne, Iowa. It was an entertaining -if a bit heavy and slow- machine. Still, for the man with enough money for a stable full of bikes, that would be a nice one to add to the personal array.
All those niceties said, I RIDE RICE, period! |

To me it just means Guzzi went up the evolutionary ladder a hair and produced a bike a bit less ugly than all the rest. Sorry, the only Eyetalian bike that ever struck a chord with me has been the Ducati, and I still wouldn't want one. I guess I am stuck in the riceland forever... |

a friend of mine asked if I'm gonna take the sticker off my car (Calvin pissing on "Jap Crap") my answer was, no one knows I ride a ricer when I'm in the car. Another funny thing is the guy I bought my first bike off of (ninja) had a mustang and his license plate said "No Rice"

| Re: Hey Chain... That would be a fine bike! If my experience on my '97 Centauro is any support, I have had not one breakdown on the road. Sure some parts have worn out and an occassional electric glitch, but that just adds to the character of the bike. The Griso could only be better.....except for the motor, my 4-valve is STRONG! |
