If you have a Renntec sport rack please read!!

I am going to paste two post from the FZ1oa.com that I posted there. I am hoping to save someone else from what occurred to me:

As I was crusing down a very lightly travelled back road the rear wheel suddenly locked up!! I was travelling approx. 65mph maybe a little less.. I was able to keep it upright for about 60 feet and was starting to get slowed down when thud.... Down I went into a chain linked fence and the dirt, fizzy banked off the fence and stopped about 12 feet from me...... I was intact, all of my gear on... But there again laid my poor bike. Immediately to my feet and over to upright the bike.... Up and on its kick stand to see what had happened. And holy Sh!^ the jeans had come out of the bag and gotten wedged between the swing arm and the rear tire.. And it was completely froze.

First, for those of you who said I rushed and didnt secure my gear guess what, I didn't rush. Have witness who saw me carrying bag by handle before I left, and nothing fell out, so I know I zipped it up.
Second, also have witness that saw me securing the bag onto rack as per design, so I didnt screw up there.
Third, after I posted I had another member contact me and told me that he had a problem with the front of the bag getting loose from rack when bag was expanded, he and I believe that with the bag at it's expanded position the extra turbulance caused the small piece of webbing/velcro to just come loose as it is too small. Therefore the bag fell over the back of the tailpiece and the tire rubbed a hole in the bag allowing the jeans to get out and into the tire.
Now I need your guys help, if anyone else has a renntec rac and has had a similar problem please let me know. I am not talking law suit but they are going to know about the design flaws. Any help I can get I would appreciate.

Hope you guys understand. As I said I thought the wreck was my fault and after further examination, I don't belive that it was my fault, rather a bad design or malfunction on the part of the securing strap.
So if any of you know of someone with a renntec or you have one please let me know. Especially if you have had a similar problem.
Thanks,
JCIII
