Just received an email that the final edition is being released:

FASTER: THE COLLECTOR'S EDITION DOUBLE DVD.

AT LAST!!! The long awaited, final version of FASTER is ready to go!

The double-disc Collector's Edition contains over four hours of material:

FASTER - the original movie, now re-mastered in 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound
FASTER & FASTER '03-'04 – the highly-anticipated sequel (also 5.1 Dolby)
Interactive Racing – experience four last-lap battles from multiple angles
14 Additional Scenes – including previously unseen interviews with Barry Sheene, Max Biaggi and Kevin Schwantz; Wayne Rainey's story of his greatest grand prix victory; and FASTER's homage to the MotoGP paddock babes.

As a thank you to everybody who bought the Preview Edition DVD, we'd like to offer you a free FASTER T-shirt with every copy of the Collector's Edition that you order from fastermovie.com. Kinda pisses me off, but people have already gotten the video from other on-line as well as local retailers, and for much less than I paid to get it directly from the Faster website.

Head to your local Cycle Gear's...I picked up one yesterday. Very good movie.


Rossi is quite the verbal spokesman in it...says "phuck" quite a few times. The segment on top speeds and spinning the tire in corners is pretty cool.

Don't be. I know a couple people who confirmed some were only sent out as recent as the 6th. They should arrive soon.

I got a little anxious and "store bought" mine from Cycle Gear on the 30th. Still waiting for the mail order one (great stocking stuffer).

IMO, "Faster" is a classic that will appeal to all, while "Faster and Faster" is more focused for the GP fan.
