I don't think that would be a good idea....if you were to tip over the engine would continue to run, ad if for instance your leg were to get into the wheel, well, it probally wouldn't be pretty
This is an old question, but you don't need it and yes you can bypass it. I bypassed the sensor on my race bike and my 929. Jumper the red/white with the green (if I remember correctly) I no longer have either bike. As for the spinning wheels of death, I crash tested my race bike twice with no drama what so ever. Engine died as soon as the bike hit the ground.
