Dyno with "Tuning link" ???

I've got a local shop with the 250 dyno with tuning link and am wanting some questions answered if poss.
It happens to be a Harley shop and from talking to the guys in there it does'nt seem that they know much about sports bikes.
According to the PC site all tuning link operators have been trained by them.
Is this system pretty much automated and they only control throttle settings?Does the software tell them the desired A/F ratio?
They told me they'd remove the fairings,is that necessary?(cooling?).
How long should it take?(they want the bike for around 3hrs)

The next nearest Dyno is over 4hrs away which is a real pain. And i'd rather get it mapped for where I ride.
I had a look at The Sooks site and it all seems very easy.
Can it be stuffed up by an amateur operator?
I've already taken out the pair valve, not that they asked about it,which worries me even more.
Am I being too protective of my bike?
Just seems like alot of money if its all for nothing.
Thanks guys.

All they need to do is get to the PC. If it's under the seat then you don't need to remove anything. Have your PAIR system blocked prior to going in. If they have the tuning link software, they should be able to do your bike. It does NOT tell them what A/F ratio to do, you can tell them that. 3hrs sounds right.
