| My new 954 Just out the door to pick up my new 954
It's the euro red/black 03' colour
Has an MRA screen, c.f tank guard, frame sliders, Madaz pipe (aussie made pipe) Seat cowl and clear lenses. Imaculate condition, still under warranty etc
The previous owner (8,000km old) restores bikes and is a complete nut, has 2 bedrooms he keeps the bikes and ALL the parts in hehehe And he only used it as his 2 up bike with his wife, shes up the duff so I got myself a ride
So after a 12 month hiatus I'm back baby!
Pics to follow shortly (literally Bacchus is gonna post em for me) |

Got her home safe n sound. I noticed that the rear tyre is actually a pilot power not pilot sport, so the rear has been changed after only 8,000kms does that sound right to you, considering he only apparantly rode 2 up?
Oh and theres a strange dirt or dust on the tacho that I've only now noticed, can dirt get in there or has it been taken off or worse replaced?
Already had the SO on the back and she much prefers it over the 929 especially with the ventura rack. |

| Re: My new 954 Come on post pics. What is it missing a mirror
Depending on how far down he rode the tire that is about normal. Other factors are how hard he rode it and what kind of roads I got about 6K miles (9.6K KM) out of my Diablo on the RR. No burnout or other foolishness and I am pretty steady on the throttle so easy on tires.
EDIT: And I rode the Daiblo way to far should have changed it 500-1000 miles sooner

Changing a tyre before 8000 doesn't sound unusual. Besides the previous owner may just have wanted to get better rubber.
Lookit moie. Oive got one word for you Will ...."fit a damper" |

| Re: My new 954 Took the rack off and fitted the clear lenses and the seat cowl, looks fooking hot!
Speaking of which alot more heat coming up the seat than the 929 thats for sure
Rode my mates 929 when I let him ride mine and dammn its a good looking bike, pipe sounds great a really deep note on it. Back to back the 54 feels "tighter" and the FI and the throttle response is alot quicker.
I'll take some photos at the superbikes and get them posted. |

"will humps door jams"
Was the SO who thought it would be funny, she asked me why I'm so excited as she doesn't get bikes, so I said it's kinda like this, I then proceeded to hump the door way. She ran for the keyboard, wrestlemania insued, I got me ass kicked and it got posted.
Just incase you were wondering |

Just incase you were wondering | Not sure how this saves any face. would have thought deleting it while your dominator wasn't around would have been a better tactic. |
