| Re: Tourist Trophy! [PS2] No, motogp3 for xbox is a different game from motogp 3 for ps2, and pc. the moto gp for ps2 is made by namco, i believe. the one for xbox is a different company, and an all around better game, imo.
Regardless if i'm right or wrong, yeah. It's still not compatable. |

| Re: Tourist Trophy! [PS2] Not to jump too off topic, but I've been a Motogp2/Motogp3 player (xbox/thq version) for quite some time. Was @ Best Buy last night and while everyone was clammoring around the X360 demo station, it left the PS2 station empty, and low-and-behold, MotoGp4 by namco was one of the demos
Based on the "arcade" mode I played racing 2 laps around Jerez, the game nowhere near compared to the THQ version (not even anywhere near as good as motogp2) so I dunno if it'l be a viable releif this winter whilst waiting for TT to come out
Ill go back to MGP3 and GT4 til then.. |

It kind of reminds me of one of my favorite sayings:

They should put the marketing department in charge of deliverable dates...that way they would meet all the deadlines. The boxes might be empty, they would be on time, and really nice and shiny....

You make a good point but something like this should not take months of research to fix, it's a simple question "Can you get this done by December 1st?" "Yes" or "No" I've spent many nights programming, seen the sun rise a few times in my life most due to meeting deadlines, which I've never missed one yet. |

| Re: Tourist Trophy! [PS2] This game has yet to be released. Found a new "expected" release date of "2Q 2006".
Some good pics (48 of them) at the following link. Not sure if these have all been available before. Looks good, though. Lots of bikes, old and new, and the detail is impressive. Hopefully the gameplay will be as well. http://media.ps2.gamespy.com/media/7...80/imgs_4.html |

| Re: Tourist Trophy! [PS2] They were planning a launch sometime in mid-March, last I heard. I was contacted by Sony to run some promotional ads for the launch, but I don't have any additional details yet. |
