Lived in Barrie 2 years, I know what you're referring to.

We get warm chinook winds from the west coast all through the winter where it warms up to 10-15 degrees and all the snow melts.

If you pull up the satellite view of that map you will see that ND4 and Heavy-Dee actually live "in" Lake Erie.
