| Re: Helping the perception of sport bikes That is what I love about miles per hour - doing 24mph over sounds so much slower than 38km/h over. You do 38 over in a 60km/h zone here in Sydney, and you are in a world of hurt. 7 more km/h and you automatically lose your license and $2200 from your wallet.

| Re: Helping the perception of sport bikes I ran only once. I don't like doing it. I would never do it again. I have pulled over every other time. i've also gotten tickets every other time. which sucks, cause i am always polite, i don't twitch, i ask the officer if he would like the key's, instead of leaving them in the ignition.
but, i have also done wheelies in front of cops, and they just smiled or waved.
i'unno. i've had horrendous experiences with the cops. i will always pull over though. |

| Re: Helping the perception of sport bikes City or County cops? I know a couple of Tazewell County/E Peo cops, and they're good people. |

| Re: Helping the perception of sport bikes I know several Police officers here in Springs. Although they should never admit it, Ive been told by them that they would never chase a bike under any circumstance. I dont believe it it the general concensus of the P.D, but it was their opinions. For the record, I do not condone anyone to attemp evading the law. Too much potential for something bad to happen. |

| Re: Helping the perception of sport bikes I had a cop in a small town tell me That the town bought him the new car (04' impala) so he could catch the bikes that run from him. I asked him when would the car be in, he said this is it. I laughed. |

| Re: Helping the perception of sport bikes Running might not be the best idea, but it seems to me that driving your car so fast that you blow the turn is at least equally stupid, if not more so.
I also do not like their use of the term 'bullet bike', as it implies that a bike has a deadly purpose, as does a bullet. This should at least be in quotes, to indicate that it is a coined phrase, not a normal descriptive term.
