| The Demise of Motorush.com ? Tell me it aint so, as a member on that site for 5 or so years I watched the participant count dwindle and motorcycle discussion turn to more or less a social and political discussion. Still I have to say the people were fun and the topics of interest.
Anyway good to be back talking bikes again. The new '06 R6 is definitely a looker and that video clip you guys had was excellent.
Trunorth1(or maybe ConqSoft can erase the 1 on the handle)
Then again dont knock the one off my ride.

| Re: The Demise of Motorush.com ? I note some familiar handles on this site, at one point Motorush was heavy with RC51 chatter. That seemed to be the rallying point but as the inline 4's developed and the RC development stalled out I think the site did as well.Time moves on but the good news is the technology just keeps on getting better. More power, better brakes/chassis/suspension, my kind of change. Gix6/750/R6/675 looks like another vintage year for the middleweights.

Anyone who's interested can PM me for the url (don't want to post it up out of respect for Conq) | while i'm sure he appreciates the gesture, freakin post the URL, conq ain't a scairt of it...what u think people will leave here, never to return? nah...
motorush had the rc-51 archives, some good flame thrower stuff and the naked bike section was full of 919 owners...just don't think it was enough traffic to warrant sponsorship
not sure where the flamethrowers wound up, but the 919 owners are now spread out amongst the Nest, the yahoo900 group and project919, an occasional straggler will wander by here
anyways, if it is gone for good..that'd be ashame, but it is the way of things |

| Re: The Demise of Motorush.com ? I know Conq ain't afraid of an exodus out of here......this place is well established for sure.
I don't know the rules of internet ettiquette....prefer to err on the side of caution....if he says it's cool, I'll post it up..... |

| Re: The Demise of Motorush.com ? Interesting. If you search for motorush or motorush.com on Google, this thread is right up at the top.
As for posting a link, I don't really have a problem with it. |

| Re: The Demise of Motorush.com ? Thanks Conqsoft.....
The link is http://www.wristtwisters.com
The Admin., Jetblast, has a few good ideas, and I hope they take off....
It is, for the moment, a collection of Motorush castaways, some naked-bikes guys, and some newbies. All are welcome.
Maybe if we build it up real big, we can have a softball game
I'll ump..... |

| Re: The Demise of Motorush.com ? Hmmm... I didn't know JohnnyB posted there. I used to piss around in the motorcycle.com forums... they need to get a modern Vbulletin system and actually do something with that site. |
