Bullshit. MotoGP rules have never stopped Honda from making V5 street bikes. The only thing they cannot do is to use exactly same design as in GP bike. For example they can have a V5 sreet bike with exactly same displacement as RC211V as long as exactly same design/parts are not used. Harris-WCM got into trouble (and their engines were banned for a period of time until the design was changed) in GP by directly copying something from Yammie R1. Today we have unit-pro link suspension in RR Honda's that originates from RCV, perfectly legal as long as the exactly same or too close a design is not used. Yammie R1 is a litre I4 and so M1, are they breaking rules...
