What do you want to see actually? I think the story on Brant will be worth watching if they stay focused.

Recognizing his exceptional racing performances of 2006, SPEED chose Wiwi as the highlighted privateer racer offering intense footage from race days and behind the scenes excitement. After an incredible show of talent and sheer drive, as the episode will prove, Wiwi earned himself an impressive 16 minutes of the twenty three minute program.

Even after breaking several bones in his hand and his foot, suffering a concussion and a cervical strain one Sunday before, Brant returns to the raceway four days after surgery with no clutch hand for the final day of filming to protect what he can of his local championships. Controversy between WSMC race officials and Wiwi himself stir on the uncertainty that he’d even be able to ride. “This is what Super Bikes! is all about!”
No that is what non-reality TV is made of

Your comment was more Jerry springer like IMHO. Since when is Club racing not reality? You trying to say that "Superbikes" will twist it or something?

I'm trying to bring you peeps around to the fact that they are finally showing something that was asked for & now you blow it off

I meant they focused on the "controversy" That is what they thrive on people arguing. Rather than the racing and sport. TV thinks reality is people screaming and acting like two year olds. I did not see the episode and am NOT saying the rider in question behaved poorly, rather they would hope he did.

Re: SuperBikes! -- not the show I'd like to see

Once I realized they had no repeats on later in the evening of some major races (you see some of us, in fact a lot of use) live in the Pacific Time Zone, & that they had scratched the Isle of Man TT PLUS the Paris to Dakar THAT is when I shut off speed or whatever it wants to call itself along with some other usless channels on my cable (you see to obtain Speed you had to buy said pkg of extra cable programs. ALSO they went digital some yrs prior so my old nine foot STV dish was usless on pulling in Speed yet still pulls in other things I want.

Re: SuperBikes! -- not the show I'd like to see

Well, I just forking give the fork up.

Sportbikes and sportbike riders have become the chopper gangs and thugs of years gone by.

SuperBikes not only shows the same stunt-o-rama stuff.
BUT to just make life horrible for everybody. We have a gang of bikers running from the cops and then joking about it.

Oh fork-in-a. If I get shot for speeding, I've told my wife to sue Speed TV and SuperBikes for wrongful death based on premeditate murder.

FORK YOU SUPERBIKES.

Yeah watched that show last night too. WTF is SPEED's problem? Good thing the general public doesn't watch speedchannel. Bad enough they think us a bunch of hooligans.

Re: SuperBikes! -- not the show I'd like to see

superbikes is refreshingly entertaining to watch. if it's between that and american thunder and corbin's ride on, the superbikes wins hands down.

i've only watched a few episodes but what i've seen.

chicks
custom bikes
stunting
racing
day in the life of racers
competitions
rallies

over all, it wasn't all about stuntin' it's about the everyday rider. When i go to the local hangout, there's tonnes of bikers there, some like the track, some like the stunitng, others just do their own thing. Superbikes covers it all.

Watched my first (and last) episode last night, since Mr Daytona was featured. Well, they butchered that piece. This gotta be one of the worst bike shows I ever seen.

Thats the whole point of the show. To cover everyday riders. Not track riders with tons of money. Not custom bike builders. etc. Just every day riders

The stuntaz, fight gangs, etc., that they like to show are NOT everyday riders. They are simply morons on sport bikes. They give all sport bike riders a bad name. The purpose of the show is to add fuel to the fire, not to do anything the least bit helpful to the sport.

Dude was doing wheelies and all in a public parking lot, in broad daylight. When the cops showed up what did they do? They ran. Oh, that is nice and something I want my kids watching. NOT!
