My clutch basket is starting to rattle worse and worse. I know how to dismantle the clutch but know noting about fixing the rattle. Can it be tightened in some way?

my xr600 had a rattle it turned out to be a broken spring. don't know about your bike, but maybe check that? maybe the basket is worn out? check for groves in the outer basket.

Are you sure this isn't a cam chain tensioner problem? That noise seems to come from the same place.

I think its the clutch basket because when i pull in the clutch the rattle stops.
