Color scheme and price...that's it.

I figured that. But I also assumed it had a few add ons because it was a repsol. Basically you are paying 1500 to 2000 more just for a paint job.

Color is the only diff.

Custom paint jobs are expensive. You actually get a price break because the factory is doing the paint job. If anyone were to bring a bike to me to have it race-them painted $1700 is the starting price.

I know custom paint jobs cost a lot. My boy is a painter. macabreair.com is his name. He painted my boys Kawi and that ran him about 1600 or 1700

Re: What is the difference between a Repsol 1000 and a standard 1000RR?

They are charging an extra $2000 for a Repsol there? The Repsol that the local dealer had in here was only $500 more than any of the regular 1000RR's.

If it has wheels, I've crashed it, and some things that don't razor scooter, skate board, roller skates, roller blades, skis, snowmobile, card board box on stairs, giant inner tube, nissan sentra, dirtbike, lawn tractor (wheelied it over), grandmas bread tray on stairs, kayak, canoe, rubber raft, bicycle, wake board, kneeboard, waterskis, tobaggan (plowed a pine tree), horses, ATV's

Actually there is something to be said for being stealth. I have been going into a rest stop and had police pull in and say that people were calling about a orange bike going too fast.

Try $500. The '07 1000RR is $11,499 for the black, silver, and red. The Repsol is $11,999...
