| Gauge removal on 954 I am thinking of sending my gauge cluster to bluegauges and would like to know if it is difficult to remove and how it looks if anyone has had it done. |

| Re: Gauge removal on 954 Well, I did it. Sent the gauges to them and they just installed white leds in place of the amber ones. You can judge for yourself but Im glad I did it, looks tons better. I removed the whole upper cowl assembly to remove the gauges. Was thinking about getting other colors for gas or highbeam or whatever but passed on that. BTW, their work is a1 and they got it done quick with the gauges back to me within a week or so. |

| Re: Gauge removal on 954 Hi, its not hard to remove the whole front end either. I had to replace the front nose cone and both sides, just remember where you put all of the screws!
The clock cluster does look good in white, but its whether i can be bothered to take them off? |

| Re: Gauge removal on 954 don't forget the one screw in the back, its easy to break that tab
if it doesn't easily come off there is another screw.
you have to take the upper faring off & find the screw
thats about it |

| Re: Gauge removal on 954 I really like the looks of the white leds, much better than stock imho. Decided to put it off till winter though, got some gloves and pants to ride in colder weather instead. |
