 | LED Tail Light Problem So i guess without noticing because i bought the bike with this tail light already installed that it elimates the license plate light,i got pulled over for it the cop said my light is out i checked and i saw that it was non existant,so WTF DO I DO!! is there anything i can do without having to hookup a whole led assembly? | |

| Re: LED Tail Light Problem The led rear light i fitted to my 929 also lights the num plate. I thought they all had to do that as standard did;nt realise some did;nt and you had to put a seperate lite for num plate |

| Re: LED Tail Light Problem yeah im in the same shoes as you are. i bought the clear tailight with led's in it to spice up my bike. the damn led's didnt work. since it came from hong kong, or some wing ding town, i didnt want to mess with taking it back. all i did was split the tailight where it was sealed, pulled out all the internal led's,(its just one full strip of led's). now the only problem is you have to buy red tailight bulbs. (you can get them at autozone for about 5 bucks. and there you go bud, all ready to drive legally |
