Do Corsa III's last longer than qualifiers?

I really need a new rear tire. I have dunlop qualifiers now, but I'd like to get longer life out of my next tire.

Anyone know if corsa III's will last as long as pilot roads or pilot road 2's?

I've heard that corsa's are great. I've also heard that people on the street never noticed a difference in grip when running pilot roads for rear tire versus sticker tires like the dunlop qualifier.

When I had my kawasaki 636 I rode 4 track days plus 1000-1500 miles on street and still had decent thread. Before the corsa 3 I had the pilot powers rode then on the street about 2000-2700 miles

the grip may not be appreciably different. but the tire profile sure is.

corsa 3s are apples and oranges compared to the pilot roads. i really doubt taht that the roads could offer that kind of grip to be honest.

How is the profile different?

It may be a mute point this time around since I just ordered the Pilot Road 2ct. It's a new 2 compound tire that has road rubber down most of the middle and pilot power on a bit of the middle (some touches the road while straight up and down) and all of the sides.

IIRC, the qualifier has a more rounded profile allowing for a slightly greater lean angle.

you'll feel a difference with the new tire. a lot of this stuff is preferential.

i'm sure the new tires will be fine.
