sh*tty f*cking bl**dy weather (again)

****in typical....

Weather all week.. sunny, hot with the odd shower (only passed as rain cos it wet and fell downwards) One heavy shower.. But it's OK (I've been on call all week so can't go out on bike)

Today..
Get Up- Wanna go for blast!!
Take dog out- It's drizzling.. but its only drizzle (the Mutts wet and smells.. But, Hay... He's a dog... that's what they do!!)
Get home- Now it's Raining.. It'll clear up (Dream!)
Put gear on, Go to garage- It's F**kin Hammering it down now (typical)
Have smoke- Still P*ssin' it down (sigh!)
Go back In- Rain eventually slows to persistent drizzle (Glimmer of hope)
Check roads- As f**kin' greasy as a greased pig (after champion greasy pig greasing compitition.. Err.. Its Greasy)

God hates me!

What happened to Summer? When I was A kid We had proper summers (sometimes didn't rain for weeks)
What happened to all that Global Warming scientists promissed us, If we continued using fossil fuels and releasing CFC's etc.. (I, for one, carefully followed all there instruction... and, still so sign!?)

I'm gunna cut down more rain forests/ eat more dolphins/ set fire to more fluffy woodland creatures/ Throw stones at sandle wearing tree huggers (it'll help... honest) ...

Sorry Sideshow, if thats summer , I don't f**kin want to be there. In all honesty mate, it's the middle of winter here on the Mid North Coast, min 5cell, max19cell, blue sky's, brilliant sunshine. I rode down town to get some stuff so my daughter could cook me a Lemon Meringue pie and I rode in thongs(feet) board shorts and a t-shirt. Sorry mate but I'll stay here on the colony.

Neither do I! We call it summer (apparently it's a cosmic joke... We get No dangerous flora or fauna + cr*p Summers. You get hot sunny weather all year round but all the wildlife is deadly)

Sideshow, I think you forgot to read the small print. The UK will actually get much colder before you start seeing real global warming. You see, the North pole is just above you on the map, so when those large ice flows break up they're heading straight for the British Isles, which means Scotland (cold enough already) is going to experience an Ice Age as will the midlands. I can't see that improving the weather in England any time soon. You might want to hold off eating all those Dolphins for a little while longer.

I'm hacked off because, as much as I love my work, today seemed to be the day that every jackass customer in the entire area chose to come in! Not to say every customer I dealt with today was a problem, but..

It started over an hour before we opened with some guy in a large pick-up pulling a large trailer who decided to park it across all of the motorcycle parking and handicapped parking spots right in front of the store. Then, as we're unloading a truck and hauling in product, having to go all the way around his truck/trailer combo to get it in through the door, he wants to INSIST that since we're there we HAVE to let him in and on top of that wants to INSIST that since we're there and he needs to have a tube changed on a dirtbike tire we should do it right then while he waits even though it's still almost an hour until we open.

Then there was the lady who insisted that her DOBERMAN should be allowed to wander through the store with her.

Then the guy who cussed out me and my manager, simply because we didn't have the battery/starter cable for his early 70's motorcycle. Uh, yeah, how many shops really carry stuff like that?

And this is just scratching the surface for today.

And of course, there were plenty of good customers throughout the day, but there were also some seriously messed up ones, and so I've just had a pretty bad day, and am so sick and tired of all the BS that people seem to think they are entitled to.

What's hacked me off today.... my recurring bad back. Injured it in 2006 by crashing down a flight of stairs and going head first into a wall (no, I was not on a bike at the time). Everything is generally fixed, but comes back to remind me whenever I am stressed, and there's PLENTY of it in the office at the moment.

no joke but I really have shrunk.. at some point in the last 20 years I have lost over an inch in height.. I was about 5 foot 4 1/2 inches.. when I measured myself a few months back I was only 5 foot 3 inches...
