| Re: Whats hacked you off today? Went for a ride led a group, I suck at spotting troopers got a ticket for passing in a no passing in the twisties. Tractor trailers on twisty roads suck.
Amazingly I am less hacked about the $200 dollar ticket than I am about big rig drivers using the good twisty roads and getting in everyones way. |

| Re: Whats hacked you off today? Supposed to be leaving tx this weekend to head for home and pick up my bikes. The significant other wants to pack up the kids (3) and the dogs (on back of the truck) and take the ride roo. Mind you it is supposed to be there and back, quick as trip as possible. And on top of that she has to be at work the next day. Why do they always have to ruin something? She doesnt believe that a 120 lbs husky, along with a 75 lbs pit bull, will not be alright along with a 954 and gsxr750 in the back of a 4 door f150. Oh yeah and my sons bike in the back too. Something tells me that in the next couple months im gonna be a bachelor again |

What's hacked me off today? If we forget about the clowns at work, I guess it'd be the Big Honda itself. What do you mean the Honda Motorcycles Customer Service don't know if there are any CBR125Rs in the UK, and have to find out. Sheesh...!!!! You've got to be kidding me!
I'm not buying another YBR, and am certainly not buying a Chinese clone. I don't want the CG because it's heavier than the YBR. I have been told to stay away from Americans, Italians and Chinese - it's bikes, not food, or men - so I the little cibby it is.
Hey... how about importing one of those 150CC CBRs over from Thailand, and restrict it for now so I stay legal.... Hmmm... |

| Re: Whats hacked you off today? Stay with the people you can trust, Japanese (not Chinese) for bikes and both German and Japanese for cars - although I heard that Mercedes were now getting parts made in China! Cheeky Buggers! Think of it this way, (e.g. Chinese bike) if something were to go wrong would you be able to get parts for the bike easily? Is the bike and manufacturer reliable? Is it the bike you need and want? If you answered no to any of these, then don't waste your time or money.
Im hacked off as I have to be out of the house by eight again tomorrow - My lovely sleep has been disrupted.

The Chinese bike thing...
I have been told by a very reliable source that, you do get what you pay for. If it costs 1/3 the original, it's only gonna last 1/3 as long as the original. It's "fine" when it's new.... just don't hold your breath or bank on it when it's not-so-new. Kinda makes it "disposable" - adding to the whole unenviron-mental bullabaloo.
However, as far as manufacturer reliability goes... Honda isn't scoring too high at the moment! |

| Re: Whats hacked you off today? Today.. another crap day at work.. so was looking forward to a little swift cruise home and got stuck behind an effin tractor!!!!!!!! At the first available opportunity (after going several miles down the road at 20mph ) I nipped past it (actually wound the throttle wide open and shot past it like a bullet), leaving the other bike behind me staring at my lights as they vanished into pin pricks in the distance.. then I catch up with a flippin learner in a car doing.. you guessed it 20mph
So much for my lovely, albeit quick, ride home.. |

| Re: Whats hacked you off today? Eight was my good day! Sometimes I have to be in Swindon/Reading for 7 or (of im lucky) 8... What makes it worse is that I have to drive my company van (Citroen Berlingo)... Grrr.
Also today I found out that my starter motor on my moped project has gone kaput. Great. Finding parts for a bike that hardly anyone has heard of before is causing me to go mad. Its a Yamaha Jog (CG50E - 1988)
