| Re: Project 929 okay im a little over my head, i know only a little like electrical and connection stuff
but im gonna need to drop in an engine and i was thinking i may as well shell out a couple more hundred for a 954 engine, but i was told to get throttle bodies as well...because of the bottom of my stator cover *pics above*
so should i just do this trial and error
or take it to the shop down the street...kinda...and tell them to fix it and just run over everything on the bike?
only thing left on the bike to do now is drop in an engine and get some plastics, mirrors and screen and im good...
the speedo and headlights work, but tail doesnt and when turning on a blinker or low beam the speedo blinks on and off...thinking battery or connection?
and i tried to crank the bike before and it wouldnt do anything, i hit the button with the switch engaged and nothing happens...
any and all advice will be appreciated thanks |

Can you hear the fuel pump priming?

Yes, the fuel pump will whine inside the tank when you turn the bike on. If not then it's most likely one of the kill switches - ignition, kill, sidestand, clutch or bank angle sensor.

When I was younger I had a photographic memory so I never studied for exams, pages I'd read were just there in my memory when I needed to pull them up - not anymore though. Strangely, I also learned early on that there is no need to pack your memory with stuff, it's far more efficient and accurate to simply learn how and where to find the answers when you need them :-)
