| Re: To buy r not to buy 2010 VFR1200 I think I like it! I thought it was 170bhp though?
But it does produce something like 95lb ft torque from 2000rpm.
I can't see it being a bad bke somehow. |

| Re: To buy r not to buy 2010 VFR1200 See if you can get a test ride? It's a lot of to spend on a bike you might like....
I'm sure it will be good, I've been impressed by the old VFR I bought recently, and I'm sure after 21 years of development and an extra 450cc's the 1200 will be a pretty impressive bike. |

| Re: To buy r not to buy 2010 VFR1200 Tbh i'm not liking the look of the bike that said i felt the same about the new Blade and that's grown on me, perhaps a different colour scheme would help. Reviews, not heard a bad one and as Destructo say's the old 750 rocks so i'd expect this one to rock more. Honda don't really make bad bikes and i think this one will move the goalpost's

| Re: To buy r not to buy 2010 VFR1200 it MIGHT look good if its all black or something..but 613 lbs!? F*CK that it will most likely seem like the bike is 130 hp then 200 hp with all that weight |

| Re: To buy r not to buy 2010 VFR1200 Mat I say go for it, inside of 6 months I bet there will be several exhaust options available. Of course if you come back and tell us how great it is in automatic mode I might have to mail you a rainbow coalition and coexist sticker...

My vote goes for - get it, show us pics and then start a thread about which oil to use.. |

| Re: To buy r not to buy 2010 VFR1200 I am seriously considering getting one. Will have to see in the flesh but it's the first non real sportbike I've considered. Maybe age is catching up but I still love my blade. The new VFR seems like minimal comprimise.
I also have no problem with the looks including the exhaust. New high performance machines need huge volume in the muffler. It's a mathematical formula to achieve all requirements. |

| Re: To buy r not to buy 2010 VFR1200 613lbs is 278kgs!
A BMW K1300s is 254kgs with a dry weight of 228kgs
A Yamaha FJ1300as has dry weight of 268kgs.
A kawasaki z1400 has a "curb mass" of 257kgs and - (curb mass lol)
She's a bloater alright! |

But then being honest i don't know what curb weight means? |
