Nah, I just embelished a bit. But, they are, for the most part, a lawless group IMO....

That is true... and kinda funny since there seems to be several LEO's over there. That’s why I thought he should take his thread over there and try it out. It sounds as though some of the "testing" done here may be up their alley.

Your'e the one that got your little pink pantie's all wadded up and gave me a link to a silly wind tunnel test that's worthless in this silly thread. So far the few XX owner's have been pretty quiet but all you "EXPERTS" that have probably never raced an XX got excited, like most people just instantly write off the Honda.

I was just feeling out different territory for some one else with an XX to see if the 2002 was hotter than the other years or what the hell was happening and so far all I have got from other site's is no one has ever put a full system on one and has no idea as to how they run against other bike's. Most people just crap them up with garbage and never discuss performance.

article says 2002 has 11 more horsepower than previous models, that's a pretty big difference I think, certainly helps me understand why my 2002 is faster than the older ones and why others think all blackbirds are pigs. Thank you, I never saw that before.

Re: No Respect

Well... I don't think any US models have a Cat system, but you could prove me wrong.

More interesting reading here...

(BTW... This link may contain some NWS avatars)

http://cbr.geckobox.net/forum/viewto...erences+models

Arnold has had very useful info in the past but was recently hacked... I don't dispute the info contained (after all I posted it... ) but a cat system = more HP...

Re: No Respect

My 2002 came with a big ass box under the motor the manifolds went into before they split into two, catalytic convertor. It ran equal with busa's that had factory exhaust, after installing TwoBro's it run's equal with busa's that have exhausts as well. I used the same dyno before and after for a rellavent reading, that's all a dyno does, the accuracy of a tire spinning a steel drum hooked to a computer will vary from one to another, would a different dyno say I had 150 or 170 horse? Do Dyno's take into consideration the ram air effect of high speed? NOT. Can anyone prove a busa is more efficient at high speed? NOT, doe's anyone here have a 2002 XX with a Two Bro's full exhaust to either back me up or say that their 2002 XX can not run with busa's? apparantly not. In this thread I have been given links for wind tunnel results with no XX involved and links to dyno's that show XX's with various exhausts making up to 175 hp so why are you so shocked and in total disbelief I can run with busa's? I admitted the new 1000's will run away from me but I got a little better top end but you probably wont agree with that either. Honda invented fast motorcycle's, their engineering is years ahead of the rest, bigger is not always better. Thank you for the new links and info I have never seen before as they have enlightened me.
