| No Respect Why is the XX performance so under rated? People are shocked when I go by them and say they never saw one run that fast. All I did was bolt on a Two Bro's full system, dyno before and after, 130 to 141 hp. full dyno said fuel burn was perfect and no need for power commander's or anything. A well tuned Busa with a 170 lb rider is a dead even match for me from 0-rev-limiter in 6'th gear unless one of us hit's the limiter. 2005 gxxr's and cbr1000's will pull away a little until I get in 5th then I go by in 6th. Many Busa and ZX12 owner's have told me after I beat them they were gonna buy an XX but the salesman talked them out of it, said it wasn't as fast Couple month's ago was playing with the speed gun in West Palm and made a pass 11000rpm past the gun 178mph, speedo said 195, had another 500 rpm's to go I have never even seen another XX with a full system around here except one with a turbo. Do I have an extreme 2002 bike or are they all this fast?.

A stock busa is putting down about 20 hp more to the rear tire than your modded XX is (and I'm guessing the Suzook still wins the torque battle too). |

Park an XX next to a Busa, walk across the street and look at them side by side, the Busa is visably wider and has a larger opening for the radiator intake behind the tire not to mention ugly as hell. I can run a Busa off the line and stay side by side till we hit the rev limiter in 6th gear and be a dead even race most of the time if it's stock, well tuned, with a full exhaust. If he's got factory pipe's there's no race for me. I have never met a ZX12 I couldn't beat unless he had motor work. I weigh 165 lbs. |

Its bodywork was designed in the wind tunnel; it is (and remains) the motorcycle with the world's lowest drag coefficient.
Here's an article you might find useful in gleaning of some solid information on the subject: http://www.sportrider.com/tech/146_0106_aero/ Quote: |

Sorry, but until I get down to your neck of the woods and we can plot out a suitable location to settle our little grudge match, I gotta flag ya for this one mate. |

| Re: No Respect Okay, either I got a good Blackbird or the few dozen Busa's I raced were pig's.
The Blackbird was built in a wind tunnel too before the Busa was, the Busa was built to beat the Blackbird, remember?. Suzuki needed 200 more cc's to do it. This year's A.M.A. Prostar Street Bike Shootout ended up with Kent Stotz 1100cc Blackbird turning a 7.256 et at 200.49 mph against Barry Henson's 1300 cc Busa turning 7.254 et at 197 mph. Both bike's are 500 lbs with 500 horsepower, they go at it every race like that, same turbo's. One would think the "aerodynamically supreme" Eyeabuser would have more mph than that. Right now as we speak, engineers from Kawasaki and Suzuki are dreading the next Honda Hot Rod to be released in this country, remember, Honda set's the standards for them wannabe's. When the 750 was winning Daytona 35 years ago they were making radio knobs for Datsun's. |

I thought a good one at that since all the other one's I found only discuss tank bra's and handlebar risers. I was asking a serious question and got an answer so crawl your porch monkey ass back up the tree you fell out of and be nice.
