can some one give me step by step how to replace a clutch in 97 xx

Re: how to replace clutch

Clutches are pretty simple. Pick up a service manual and a clutch rebuild kit (friction discs, plates, and springs) and it shouldn't take more than few hours your first time. Just remember to mark everything (or take pictures) so you know in what order/orientation the discs/plates spring/spring seat were installed so you can install the new ones in the same order. Also make sure to soak the friction discs in oil for a couple of hours before you install them.
