CBR600 head swap with CBR900?
Can I swap a CBR600 head with a CBR900 or any other larger CBR engine, and if I do will I get any power gains (is there any difference between the specs of the two heads)?

No you can't and you will actually loose performance if you could. The fact that you asked means you really shouldn't even think about doing this.

That reminds me...I need to update my bike list. The VFR is gone and I have a '02 CBR600F4i track bike (in which I had to replace the motor in it)
