| Found a bike..maybe 2003 600RR Red/Black with 4,400 miles. Has some minor scratches from the owner previous to the guy I may buy it from. The tank cover was replaced and the tail section(cowling) was also replaced. The guy wants $6900 or best offer. What do you guys think? He's a pretty stright up guy(Pima County Sheriff) and is an older gent who doesn't beat the crap out of his toys.
Kinda looks as though the mounting tab on the right side fairing may be bent a bit, here's hoping it's just the plastics.

Re: Found a bike..maybe Looks pretty rashed, but you're buying it for a track bike anyways right?

Re: Found a bike..maybe Sounds like to much. It has obviously been laid down and damaged plus Abernathy's has an '05 OTD for $7484. I realize you are not near TN but surely you can get close to that price and then you get all the upgrades of an '05

Re: Found a bike..maybe Seems a bit high. Just for reference, I picked up my 04 RR with 2700 miles for 6k in CA and bikes are a bit higher here.

Re: Found a bike..maybe Yeah NADA avg. retail is $6050 and KBB is $6140, that of course is for a mint condition bike. This will most likely be a track bike and I may end up selling the 954 after all and just use the 600 for both street and track.
