Getting stronger? Any of you other baby 'blade owners notice your bike getting stronger at the 6k mark? I'm coming up on it(sad, I know ) and it seems to pull a little harder. I know my 929 did the same, so I'm just wondering if anybody else noticed it.

Re: Getting stronger? can't comment on the mileage (still sadly below 3K myself, but shutup, its got like 12 trackdays on it...), but I know I can certainly tell a diff between my bike now and when I first got it. Also, when the weather is slightly cooler, wow does it make a difference in how hard she pulls.

I was out about 8am yesterday and it was right around 70. Went WOT in first and it actually floated the front wheel a couple inches off the ground for quite a while. |

Re: Getting stronger? I get that in first second and third on the 1000 when riding in 10' celcius. (I think that's about 40-45F) Quote:

Re: Getting stronger? I have noticed the 1000 loosening up a bit too, I have about 12,000km's on now it feels much better (I think that the gearing change and the air box flapper mod helped too )
