What process did you use to repair the plastic? I've got a repair job in front of me too.

db, I did not do the repairs myself. A friend that does trackdays with me did the repairs. He is into bodywork and paint as a side job. Sorry that I can not be of more help.

Nope, I adjusted the old master some and got a lot of clearence back. Ron did not think that the stay was damaged. He suggested putting the new master on and see how the clearence issue than and if need be I could make adjustments then. But, I will measure the stay before I install the new master, since I have to tear down that area anyway. I am planning on putting the new master next week. It looks like I will use the old banjo bolt and need to get some new crush washer.
