| F4i chain and sprockets Hi,
I want to take libit more acceleration, so I think to change sprocket(s) and, may be, chain.
I have found, that standard sprockets is 16/46 for F4i and the chain is 525 108. It looks I have this.
I think about replacement rear sprocket with 50-51, should I change standard chain? If I should, can I use 525 120 chain? If I'll should replace sprocket and chain, may be better to replace it with 520 and both sprockets?
Also I have found that chain can be with diferent link type "XW" and "RX", what does it mean? It's on RK Chains. Is RK good chains and sprockets or not?
What'll you recomend?

What'll you recomend? | When I changed my chain out I went with a 520 DID chain. And I went 3 up in the rear to a 49 tooth rear. I think going to a 50 or 51 might be to much for what you are looking for.
If you go with a 48 or 49 tooth rear you can always go down 1 in the front down the road if you want more low end.
Its up to u but I think the 49 was great for me. The bike now pulls out of the conners so much better and I dont have to always go down the extra gear in the turn. Also the front end comes up a lot more now. |

| Re: F4i chain and sprockets Definately a larger rear sprocket will keep the front very light! |
