Fluid changes?

Curious as to how often I should change the water/water wetter solution in the track bike (obviously before winter with antifreeze). And how often should I change the oil. It still looks good, but running at the high rpms concerns me a little bit.

I asked my Duc mechanic this, since I used to use the Duc for both street and track. He told me to double the track miles. If I put 200 miles on it on the track, count it as 400 miles. I don't have a track-only bike. I usually change my oil every 3000-5000 miles, so on a track only bike, going by the above logic, I should change it every 1500-2500 miles.
I'm sure the racers will chime in soon. Seems to me I've heard that some guys change the oil after every race weekend.

Regular antifreeze should be changed every 2 years. You've gotta do the Water Wetter every year, due to approaching freezing temps, and I think that once a year should be sufficient.

Re: Fluid changes?

I change my oil after every 3rd trackday (track only bike). I also change the brake fluid. or at least bleed it about the same as the oil. I change the coolant maybe, 2 or 3 times per season. But I am also very anal when it comes to these things so take that for what it's worth.
