| Newbie - Maintenance Questions Hi all, After years and years of persuading the other half that motorbikes are good for you, I finally got my hands on a 1995 CBR600F ( Not sure if its an F1, F2, F3 or F4 ) Been away from bikes for over 15 years, But due to mid life crisis and a lot of sulking I got one !! So here come the silly questions... How do I check the engine oil, with the engine running or not ? What are the service intervals ? What are the main things to look out for regarding maintenance ? Any advise would be appreciated | |

| Re: Newbie - Maintenance Questions Just general maintenance info, things to look out for ( Other than Roos ) !!! and a good bike gear stockist in WA ? Just tried checking the oil, bike on centre stand and front wheel rasied so bike is level, dipped the dip stick but the reading seems to high !!! Just rested the dip on top of the thread !!!! | Re: Newbie - Maintenance Questions Will check out your club, Not had much luck getting road bike gear in WA, most (99.7% ) only cater for Moto X !! Thanks for the help much appreciated. |
