i've just bought a CBR 600 F4 2000 model, its been running ok, but i havent taken it out for a long ride yet. Today it just wouldnt start, the starter motor was spinning but the pistons werent firing, so i decided to change the oil and the spark plugs, now it starts when i have the clutch full on but only rev's around idle, when i give it a tiny amount of throttle it stalls??????? i cant figure out the problem, but was looking at the carbies and the rubber pipe that runs out of the throttle side of carbie and across to the other side, looks like its missing something because it doesnt actually go back into the carbies?? am i missing a joing elbow or is it not supposed to go back into the carbie area?? any help would be much appreciated,

yeah i just looked at my F4 (after screwing myself over cleaning the carbs) you should have the hose connected on both sides of the carbs with a plastic elbow looking thing..... sounds like theres a vacum leak cause of that so it barely runs. if you look on the shop manual online theres a complete pic of the whole carb setup with tubing
