or will I have to get a mod?

Ah, ok. I do think it would look cool but my understanding is that fat rear tires ruin the handling.

In a sense, yes they do. As far as straight hwy riding, it handles awesome. The 240 kit limits your cornering abilities dramatically. But like I said, it'll be mostly for show and those idling through town days!

I've ridden a Zx-14 with a King 300 conversion. That's a big tire. It handled great, except for corners. you can't hug the corners like you're used to doing!!

i know spyder racing does alot with the fat tire kits but usually on the 1000's and above. Probably going to be a custom application.

extended swingarm

Personally I can't stand the fat tire thing - but these guys can probably build you a custom setup - but it'll be crazy $$$.

hey again guys....For anyone wanting to know, extended swingarm will be having 240 Kits for all 600 bikes starting around March....I already ordered one! This will be available with no mods necessary.

You can also give candscustoms.com a call.There the ones who started making the fat tire kits for sportbikes.They can make one for almost any bike.
