Is that the damper set up on the litrebikes you mean??
As a comment, (if that's what you mean of course) it's put on the new race rep big blocks because of the sheer thrust involved makes the steering go mental, as I'm aware they are twice the power of an F3?? Hence the need.

Personally I wouldn't want anything that changes the steering on my F3 that was surplus to requirements, it will impact the feel of your bike.

With the F3 its a side mounted damper. Usually located on the left hand side of the bike. One end attaches to the left fork while the other end is attached to the frame, I think you have to weld a tab for it to mount too. This is the best diagram I could find for you.

The damper isn't going to change how your bike handles just keep you safer by preventing tanks slappers and other such problems.
