F4i/929 Forks swap out

I'm putting custom wheels on my 04 F4i....no one makes a custom wheel to fit that bike. I was told that I could swap my forks to a 929 or 954 forks. Does anyone know if that would work, or what would be the best thing to do?

Well the forks aren't just going to fit in your stock triple. You're going to need the 929 or 954 triple, forks, calipers, handlebars, custom wheel that you want for the 929, front axle and probably new brake lines. Good luck.

the f4i hits rc51, 929, 954, 1000rr forks, when u get the front end u gotta get the whole thing, axle, brakes, clip ons, triples, clip ons.

You can get 100rr forks on a 01 F4i? Are the forks longer? is there any benfit from doing a swap like this?

I understand you need a whole front end but I did not know you could do this. Might have to check ebay out and see if i can track a whole front end down.
