Best of the Best - Arata, but only because Sato doesn't make anything for the F4i.

Make sure you also get a Power Commander when you do your exhaust, if you don't already.

if you're doing a slip on just buy which ever you think sounds best because you're not going to make anymore power its just sounds better. If you go full system get the power commander so it runs properly.

While the gain isn't much (around 5hp) there is still a power gain by just getting a slip on

You can also benifit from a Power Commander whether you're doing a slip on, or full exhaust. It's a nice accessory to have.

with a slip on all a power commander will do is smooth your power band, with a full exhaust it will do the same as well as adjust your air full ratio so you get max power out of the pipe.

I have read every damn post about exhausts on this site and am so confused that I'm going to

I'm on a 06 CBR 600 and want a slip on exhaust. I'd like to see a HP gain but know it wont be much because i'm not going to spend the dough on a full system. I want it to sound good, possibly louder, but not like a friggin dirt bike. I have a bud with a Two bros that sounds good, but many of you have said that their product is

I'm looking at Sato, Two Bro, Arata, etc. Want carbon fiber. HELP me my peoples!

May i suggest Akrapovic? I think their product is a good product, sounds good, but may/may not notice hp gains. I haven't really heard complaints about akra and there are several people from around my area that have them. Thats just my

I don't think Yosh is a bad product....plus it is at a mid level price for exhaust.

I too have a 2006 cbr600rr I have a Yoshi RS5 carbon slip on. sounds friggin awsome, nice and throaty. but not over baring.

HP gain not sure bought my bike in december been up the road with it once lol winter sucks!
Spring before long though!!

eveyone knows the D&D is the shiznit. i had the yosh on my 05 1k and i have the arata full system on my 06 and there is deffinately a difference in quality

arata over yosh. the arata is hand made where as the yosh it production line. the arata is true ti and the ti yosh use to be a ss muffler wrapped in ti

there are a lot of articals that shows that it doesnt matter which exhaust you will take the hp gain will be the same the diffrence is in the sound,
you will not gain more hp (in the worst case you could actualy lose hp) with just slip on and aftermarket air filter
because you need to change air\fuel ratio and the only way to that in an efi system is with power commander, the gain will be some where between 5-10 % , i think that that major reason for a power commander in an f4i is to make throttle respond smother .
