| 2006 CBR600RR AND TANK BAG BATTLE! HEY ALL,
I have a 2006 cbr600rr and the "gas tank " is really under the plastic looking gas tank. (hopfully you all understand what I trying to describe)
Well I have a tank back from when i had another bike and this bag will not work because the maginets do not grip to it.
I know i can not be only one to experience this problem on a newer bike.
Any ideas on another bag or anything? I know they have suction cup ones but do not impress me to much, have suction cup prints all over the tank.
Also about starping them never used that type either but seems to me i do nto want a strap with clips hanging out from under the tank when i do not have the bag on my bike.
Well anyway you all the my drift.. any idea's?
Thanks |

| Re: 2006 CBR600RR AND TANK BAG BATTLE! +1 i usually use my backpack but Nelson Riggs makes a realy nice strap mount tank bag thats $60 for the mini and $90 for the large. Other than that you could get a tail back in which they make some nice ones aswell. |

| Re: 2006 CBR600RR AND TANK BAG BATTLE! i'm telling you check out nelson riggs, good priced products. huge strap tank bags and very nice saddlebags. Sportbikes weren't meant to have room to store luggage so unfortunately you might have to pack light and suffer alittle bit. You can always ship your stuff UPS to your destination. hehehe |
