Are the front forks on a 95 cbr f3 rebuildable ?

Would be best to purchase a factory service manual. Tells you step by step. Or search around on the forum. Why are you asking? I am doing the same thing at the moment and might be able to answer some questions.

Here's a stupid question: I just bought '02 954 after a 15 year hiatus on a '87 Gixxer 1100. This is the first bike I've ridden in awhile and the steering seems to want to go left or right at the slightest input at slow speeds. Just bought it today so any feedback is certainly appreciated. Don't remember my gxxr handling like this. The bike is super clean and hasn't even been laid down, so it hasn't sustained front end damage..Maybe it's just me...

Is there some recall on the front end?
