1993 f2 with f4i rear shock

i have put an f4i rear shock on my 93 f2 but shorty after found out that the kickstand was to short. does anybody have any hints on what i can do.

Other than cutting it in two then welding a 'spacer' in between, the best I can recommend is carry a block of wood (or something nicer) with you and lay it down before you put the stand down.
