got a ? for the mechanics

| got a ? for the mechanics i have a 00 F4 and i am getting a oil fuel looking mixture from my air box what could be worg or is there any thang i changed to a kn air filter and full exhaust but have not installed the jet kit that i have would this solve my problem?thanks for taking the time to read this |

| Re: got a ? for the mechanics Not sure what you're asking, but you may have over-oiled your K&N. Check the engine oil level too.

| Re: got a ? for the mechanics are you saying you have motor oil in your airbox??? If so thats not good, ive hydrolocked my zx6 from riding 12 oclock wheelies oil filled up the cylinders was all through the airbox etc. Had to pull the plugs and crank over to get the oil out.
Thats the only thing i can think of for oil in the airbox was the bike on the side at all or on the lid lol?? |

| Re: got a ? for the mechanics definately check the oil level and see what it looks like, maybe change it and make sure you put the proper amount in run it for a bit and see what happens, after you clean the airbox out of course .. |

| Re: got a ? for the mechanics i didnt have a bar on the zx6 but i hit the light a cpl times lol, w/ a honda though you dont have to worry about hydrolocking from tall wheelies, being upside down will do it to a f4i i found that out the hard way  |
